1. Research Use Only (RUO):
   All MOB Biotech products are sold strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). Any use outside of laboratory or institutional research is strictly prohibited.
2. Eligibility & Sale Restrictions:
   Products are sold exclusively to registered businesses, laboratories, academic institutions, and research facilities. Sales to individual consumers or for personal use are not permitted.
3. Permitted Use:
   Purchasers agree to use MOB Biotech products solely for legitimate scientific research conducted by qualified professionals in controlled research environments.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
   Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the purchase, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products.
5. No Human or Veterinary Use:
   MOB Biotech products are not intended for human or veterinary use and are not approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, medicinal, or clinical applications.

7. No Warranty:
   While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and analytical data, MOB Biotech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding suitability, performance, or fitness for any specific research purpose.
8. Intellectual Property:
   All intellectual property rights associated with MOB Biotech products, branding, documentation, and website content—including trademarks, copyrights, and patents—remain the exclusive property of MOB Biotech.
9. Storage, Handling & Disposal:
   Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, safety precautions, and disposal of all products in accordance with applicable laws, laboratory standards, and best practices.
10. Changes to Terms:
    MOB Biotech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued purchase or use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alabama.
