Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.

We provide batch-specific certificates of analysis (COA) for all products. These documents report analytical testing results relevant to research verification and quality assessment.

Due to the nature of research reagents, returns are not accepted for opened or altered products. In limited cases, unused and unopened products may be eligible for return with prior authorization.
